Felix Schlesinger

Felix Schlesinger is currently the Associate Director at Natera, where they lead a bioinformatics and machine learning research effort focused on multi-cancer early detection. Previously, Felix served as a Director of Bioinformatics at Scale Biosciences, where they built a computational group and spearheaded the development of innovative software for single-cell technologies. Before that, they worked at Illumina as a Staff Bioinformatics Scientist, leading a team in developing secondary analysis methods for high-throughput DNA sequencing. Felix holds a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and a Bachelor of Science from Jacobs University Bremen.
