John Didion is a seasoned Computational Biologist with over 25 years of software engineering experience, specializing in Next Generation Sequencing, Machine Learning, and Clinical Bioinformatics. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Bioinformatics at Natera, John focuses on innovative diagnostics for Women's and Organ Health. They have previously held roles at DNAnexus, including Principal Scientist and Manager of Solution Architecture, and have made significant contributions as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the NHGRI. John’s expertise includes experimental design for genome-scale data analysis and software engineering in multiple programming languages.
