Rohan Nathan

Rohan Nathan is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the human resources and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Nathan Digital since December 2022, Rohan oversees the development of cloud-based ERP software and AI tools, facilitating rapid expansion into multiple countries. As Group CEO and Founder of Nathan & Nathan, the largest Managed HR Services provider in the UAE, Rohan has led a workforce of over 4,500 employees across various industries since March 2012. Additionally, Rohan is the Founder of Dynamic Freelancer, creating the largest freelancer group in the UAE, and serves as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Employment Services LLC, which specializes in employee outsourcing. Rohan also co-founded 3D HUB Dubai, a company focused on advanced manufacturing services. Rohan Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Western University, completed in 2011.
