Ilaz Duli -

Ilaz Duli, PhD, is a Senior International Procurement Expert with extensive experience in public procurement reform. They obtained a PhD in Public Procurement from the European Center for Peace and Development in Belgrade, focusing on reforms in the Western Balkans, and a Master's in Management, Business, and Economics from the University for Business and Technology in Pristina. Ilaz has served as the President of the Public Procurement Regulatory Commission of Kosovo and currently manages the Balkan Institute for Procurement while also working as a Senior International Procurement Adviser on various international projects. They are recognized for their expertise through training roles, including sessions for judges and prosecutors in Kosovo.
