Lynn Salinger is a Principal Associate and brings four decades of experiences in economic growth analysis, women’s economic empowerment, energy, agriculture, and food policy, labor markets and workforce development, and trade. Her work in Africa, North Africa, and Asia helps associations, companies, governments, and individuals in low- and middle- income countries benefit from joining world markets and global value-chains.
For USAID, Ms. Salinger is guiding workforce development programs to help youth acquire the skills needed for employment rapidly transforming economies. For Millennium Challenge Corporation she supports program development and implementation, helping to ensure that vulnerable social groups benefit from infrastructure investments.
