Scott Guilbert

Scott Guilbert has an extensive career in hospitality management, currently serving as Vice President at Nation Security since April 2014 and as Hospitality Division Director at Springboard since May 2022. Prior experience includes Executive Director at the Miami Chamber of Commerce from April 2014 to July 2022, and Director of Front Office Operations at Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach & Grand Beach Hotel Surfside from February 2012 to April 2014, where Scott oversaw multiple operations and executed pre-opening tasks. Additional roles include Director of Front Office at Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek and The National Hotel, Front Office Manager at Key Largo Marriott, and various managerial positions at St. Kitts Marriott and Royal St. Kitts Casino.
