Arthur Petersen

Arthur Petersen is a Professor of Science, Technology and Public Policy at the UCL Department of Science, Technology, Engineering and Public Policy, a position held since 2014. They have also served as a Visiting Professor at various institutions, including the London School of Economics and University College London. Arthur has held leadership roles such as Chair of Pugwash Netherlands and Chair of the Signal Group for the Nationaal Deltaprogramma. With an extensive educational background, they hold multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences from Utrecht University and a DPhil from the University of Oxford. Additionally, Arthur is the Editor-in-Chief for the Zygon Journal of Religion & Science and was a Senior Policy Analyst at the PBL Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency from 2001 to 2010.
