Mahesh Kadam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mahesh began their career at ACE Designers Limited in 1994 as an Engineer and worked there for five years. In 1999, they joined National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore as a Technical Officer and gradually progressed through various roles. Mahesh became a Junior Scientist in 2006, a Scientist in 2009, a Senior Scientist in 2013, and a Principal Scientist in 2016. Currently, Mahesh holds the position of Senior Principal Scientist at National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore, starting from August 2021.
From 2010 to 2012, Mahesh Kadam pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Machine Design from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
