The mission of the National Behavioral Consortium (NBC) is to advance the care and support of those facing life’s emotional and everyday challenges by sharing our unique clinical, operational and industry knowledge and experiences. NBC has an enduring, positive impact on the way workplaces view and support employees in need of mental health, work-life and professional development services. NBC member companies serve over 30 million lives nationally and globally. For the past 20 years, NBC has provided regular forums where more than 30 companies share ideas in a think-tank type setting.
