Sritha Neeli

Sritha Neeli currently serves as a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret & Co. since January 2024. Additionally, Sritha is the Founder of The EmpowHERment Circle, a program dedicated to empowering women in business. Currently, Sritha holds the position of Director of Financial Planning at Youth Passion Project, focusing on fundraising and financial reporting. Sritha is also a member of Girls Who VC and serves as Secretary for Jr Civitan, where responsibilities include minute-taking during meetings. As State VP of Outreach for Georgia Girls For Business, Sritha creates educational content and promotes female engagement in business. Sritha has held various roles within National Beta, including Lead Project Manager and Service Project Manager, and is an active member of National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society. Educational background includes studies at The University of Georgia, South Forsyth High School, University of North Georgia, and Lanier Technical College.
