Dave Eisner is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in managed services and information technology. As the Founder and Executive Director of Information Technology at One Call Networks since January 2019, Dave integrated The PC Whisperer into a full Managed Service Provider corporation, negotiating key contracts with vendors and clients. Prior to this, Dave founded The PC Whisperer in 2008, achieving significant revenue growth while managing all customer service operations. With a demonstrated history in various roles including Director of Information Technology at National ComTel LLC and Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at IPtimize, Dave has built strategic partnerships and developed innovative service offerings. Their career also includes leadership roles at Best Buy, Kelley Blue Book, and other organizations, highlighting a deep commitment to enhancing service quality and performance in technology support and management. Dave holds degrees in Small Business Management and Small Business Administration/Management from Mt. San Antonio College and Santa Barbara Business College, along with multiple certifications in IT.
