This team ensures projects are executed efficiently and effectively, addressing client and customer needs promptly. They are responsible for coordinating all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and minimizing lifecycle costs for building owners.
