Billy Kennedy's work experience started in 2008 at REIT Management & Research, where they worked as a Senior Property Accountant until 2012. Billy then joined National Development in 2012 as a Senior Property Accountant, and gradually moved up to Assistant Asset Manager, followed by Asset Manager, Senior Asset Manager, and currently holds the position of Vice President, Asset Management since January 2022.
Billy Kennedy attended Roger Williams University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Billy then went on to study at Boston University from 2013 to 2015, earning a Certificate in Real Estate Finance.
