Senior Geoint Officer For Topography

Patrick E. has extensive experience at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency since June 2005, currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Topographic Cartography, where responsibilities include leading cartographic divisions and fostering innovation in automation and map production. Previously, as a Senior GEOINT Officer for Human Geography, Patrick E. advised on strategies for human geography data and developed tradecraft and leadership skills within the agency. Other notable roles include Senior Liaison Officer, Branch Chief, and Geographer, each contributing to significant advancements in geospatial data and customer engagement. Before joining NGA, Patrick E. worked as a Customer Service Representative with the Boy Scouts of America and served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Patrick E. holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environmental Systems and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program in Organizational Leadership through the Department of Defense.
