Eric Bailey

Eric Bailey is a seasoned professional in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President of US Corporate Development and M&A at National Grid since 2023, after holding the position of Director in the same department from 2020 to 2022. At National Grid, a leading multinational utility, Eric has been instrumental in evaluating and executing transactions, fostering relationships within the investment banking network, and leading key deal teams. Prior to National Grid, Eric accumulated extensive experience at J.P. Morgan from 2010 to 2019, where roles included Executive Director in Investment Banking. Eric began the professional journey as an Investment Banking Analyst at TD in 2009. Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Manitoba, earned in 2008.
