James Leeming

James Leeming, IEng, MCIHT, ChPP, MAPM is a Project Director at National Grid, focusing on the Great Grid Upgrade. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Highways England and held the position of Principal Project Manager with Liverpool City Council, where they played a key role in managing several high-profile infrastructure projects. Their career began as a Trainee Planner at Kirklees Council and has subsequently included roles as a Senior Engineer and Technician with various organizations. James holds an HNC in Civil Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan University and an ONC in Building Studies from Huddersfield Technical College.
