Jon Arnott is currently the Head of Category Management at National Grid, leading initiatives that support the Electricity sector. Previously, they served as the Procurement & Supply Chain Director at AtkinsRéalis, where they transformed the regional procurement setup into a recognized value-adding function. Prior to that, Jon held various leadership roles at Rolls-Royce, including Global Head of Category for Logistics, overseeing major cost-saving transformations and sourcing strategies across multiple sectors. Their career also includes experience as a Supply Chain Lead at DHL, focusing on transport and distribution.
