Michael Schultz is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical planning, design, and automation within the Bio-Pharma industry. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer for Electrical Planning and Design at National Grid since January 2021, Michael previously held roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Digital Manufacturing Engineer and Automation Engineer, focusing on automation solutions for biotech manufacturing. Earlier experience at O'Brien & Gere included positions as Control Systems Engineer II and I, contributing to various control system projects and managing contractors. Michael's foundational experience in the US Navy as a Naval Instructor and Submarine Sonar Technician further complements a strong technical background, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Computer Engineering from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
