Robert Lockyer has extensive experience in IT support and technical roles, beginning as a Telecoms Engineer at GEC Marconi (GPT) from 1998 to 2003, followed by a position as a Database Analyst at IBM from 2004 to 2007. Lockyer worked at DynaVox Technologies from 2010 to 2013, managing IT repair and technical support. From April 2014 to September 2022, Lockyer served as an IT Support Analyst at Parker Hannifin, providing first and second line support to over 100 users and collaborating on hardware upgrades. Currently, Lockyer is a System Analyst at National Grid since September 2022. Lockyer holds an HND in Electronics and Telecommunications from Coventry Technical College.
