Major Incident Manager

Sid Pandya is an experienced Major Incident Manager with a strong background in managing high-priority faults and service outages across various companies. At National Grid since November 2019, Sid has taken on significant responsibilities as both Major Incident Manager and Incident Manager Lead. Prior roles include Major Incident Manager at Ultima Business Solutions and Verizon, as well as Incident Manager at Ericsson, where management of RAN faults and support for service operations were key duties. Sid began the career as a Service Desk Engineer at Xerox after completing a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Technology at the University of Hertfordshire between 2001 and 2005.
