Simon Baker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in IT and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as CIO of US Customer at National Grid, Simon is responsible for leading the digital transformation strategy to support the company's vision for a sustainable energy future. Previously, Simon held key roles at National Grid, including Vice President of Digital Execution and CIO of National Grid Electricity Transmission, where significant value was delivered through digital initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Post Office, WHSmith, EMI Music, and GlaxoSmithKline, where Simon drove various IT change programs and global projects.
