John Mann

John Mann is an experienced leader in the field of services for young people with complex disabilities, currently serving as the Director of Services at National Star since December 2007. This role involves overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of education, care, and therapy professionals dedicated to helping young individuals in Wales achieve their aspirations. Previously, John held several key positions at National Star, including Head of Wales & West and Head of Residential Services, and worked as Operations Manager at Reflexion Care, managing residential homes for young people aged 11 to 18 across multiple regions. Earlier in John’s career, experience as a Team Leader at Clifford House Residential Children Homes focused on managing residential homes for children, and as Head Greenkeeper at Aintree Racecourse Company Limited showcased versatility in different fields. John’s educational background includes studies at Aylestone Hereford and Sparsholt College Hampshire.
