Robert Sharp, CPA, MBA, is a Senior Corporate Finance Executive with extensive experience in financial operations management, GAAP/IFRS reporting, and M&A integration. Currently serving as the Financial Controller (Acting CFO) at National Underground Group, they oversee financial operations and drive strategic planning. Previously, Sharp held key positions at various firms, including Acclara and Mercury Defense Systems, where they demonstrated expertise in budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. Sharp holds an MBA from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University-Fullerton.
