Ruby Elmer is a dynamic healthcare project manager with extensive experience in strategic planning, operations management, and stakeholder engagement. They have held positions such as Sr. Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente Southern California and Senior Health Project Manager at UC Berkeley Universal Health Services, leading high-priority quality improvement initiatives and collaborating on health policy programs. Ruby has a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Health Policy and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from San Francisco State University. Currently, they serve as Program Director at Nation's Finest, where they continue to implement effective change management and promote diversity and inclusion in program development.
