Chris Rapp

Chris Rapp, P.E., CM-Lean, is a Vice President in Construction Services, currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership at Grand Canyon University. With extensive experience as a Project Executive at Nations Group since 2022 and prior roles including Project Director at AECOM Hunt from 2017 to 2022, Chris has overseen numerous significant projects, such as the Crystal Lagoons Island Resort and various stadium enhancements. Chris began their career as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the US Navy from 1999 to 2004, followed by a tenure as a Project Manager at Turner Construction from 2004 to 2017, where they managed a diverse portfolio of construction projects. Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Mathematics from New Mexico State University from 1995 to 2000, following an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Central Arizona College.
