Wayne Henry

Wayne Henry is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with extensive experience in the appraisal field, working since July 2009 with multiple companies, including Astute Appraisals, Inc., Valuation Partners, Stewart Lender Services, and several others. As the President of Astute Appraisals, Wayne focuses on providing high-quality appraisal reports and real estate consultation in a timely manner, utilizing a fully automated office with internet-based systems. Wayne also specializes in servicing the residential real estate markets in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. In addition, Wayne holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming from LaGuardia Community College, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
