We are a financial technology recruitment firm with clients and candidates in the US and UK, with over a decade’s experience in placing candidates in leading companies at all levels of experience, from the receptionist to the CEO.

What sets us apart from the competition is that we care; we recognize that our business is not just about filling client requisitions or matching buzz words. We apply a deep understanding of the financial industry and our extensive network of contacts to ensure that with each placement we are helping to solve the problems and answering the continuing needs of all parties.

Our goal is to solve the problems that both our clients and our candidates face in the job market. For our candidates: that means reviewing their resume, learning their strengths and sending them to roles where their talent will flourish. For our clients: we strive to understand their business and the problems they are facing. We send them only the most qualified candidates that will help them build their business. The fit must be mutually beneficial for both candidates and clients.

When both sides are happy, then we have done our job.
