Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at NationSwell and a board member at RWJBarnabas Health and the PA Conference for Women, Celeste brings extensive experience from roles at Merck, where they served as Vice President of Global Diversity and Inclusion. Celeste founded Celeste Warren Consulting LLC and Destination STEM, Inc., focusing on advancing equity and supporting underrepresented students in STEM fields. Celeste holds a BA in Telecommunications from the University of Kentucky and a Master's in Human Resources from Carnegie Mellon University.
