NationVest LLC is a commercial real estate advisory and research firm specializing in distressed multifamily intelligence, BOV/BPO valuations, and REO advisory across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast corridor.
Founded by Damon Redmond, a Morehouse College graduate and NJ-licensed broker with 28 years across mortgage origination, title, brokerage, and investment, NationVest delivers institutional-grade valuations and underwriting analysis to special servicers, lenders, debt funds, and asset managers.
Our Thesis
$162 billion in multifamily debt matures in 2026, up 56% from 2025. Bridge and floating-rate loans originated in 2021-2022 now face a refinancing environment nearly double their original terms. The buildings aren't broken — the capital structures are. NationVest helps lenders, servicers, and capital partners evaluate these assets with discipline.
