Todd Neumann, CPCU, serves as the National Retail Programs Claims Lead in Risk Management and Client Solutions at Nationwide Insurance, where they oversee client and agency middle market commercial claims service agreements. With a background in Property and Casualty Leadership across Claims, Sales, and Risk Management, Todd has previously held roles such as National Field Services Director at John Deere and Claims Technical Director at Nationwide. They possess several insurance designations, including CPCU, AIC, AIM, and AIT, and are passionate about family, travel, and fitness. Todd completed their education at Simpson College from 1986 to 1990.
