Will Downs, CFA, is the VP of ERM Risk Modeling and Capital Management at Nationwide Insurance, where they lead the Risk Modeling and Capital Management group, overseeing the company's risk and capital management framework. Beginning their career at Nationwide in 2011, Will has held various roles within Enterprise Risk Management, contributing significantly to member support through their work with the Catastrophic Risk Management team. Will holds a BA in Economics and a Master's in Financial Economics from Ohio University, and has pursued further education in advanced risk management and predictive modeling. In addition to their professional endeavors, Will is dedicated to community service, volunteering as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and serving as Treasurer for Friends of CASA of Franklin County.
