They have held key positions, including Director of Partnerships at Native and Chief Executive of Roehampton Students' Union, where they managed diverse teams and developed strategic initiatives to enhance student life. With a background in operations and management from roles at Kiwi Experience and NZSki Ltd, Matt has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving the student experience through effective training and community engagement.
