Jason Thomas has a diverse work experience in the field of modelmaking and workshop management. Jason started their career in 2005 at Capital Models, where they worked on various projects including architectural competitions and planning models. Jason then moved on to Model Solutions in 2006, where they worked as a modelmaker and set builder on advertising campaigns. In the same year, they joined Atkins as a modelmaker, focusing on early design models for government bodies and civil engineering projects. In 2007, they joined 3DD Ltd as a modelmaker, responsible for modifying drawings, meeting clients, and creating marketing and presentation models. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at HOK International Ltd as a workshop manager and modelmaker, setting up and running an in-house modelmaking department. Jason'sresponsibilities included designing the workshop layout, purchasing tools and materials, and ensuring health and safety compliance. In 2012, they joined Native Design as a model maker and workshop manager.

From 2002 to 2005, they attended Kent Institute of Art & Design, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Modelmaking.
Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, Jason studied at Fareham College, earning a GNVQ Advanced (Merit) degree in Art & Design.
Jason's education began at Henry Cort Community School from 1993 to 1998, where they completed their GCSEs. Jason'sstudies encompassed various subjects such as English, Mathematics, Double Science, Graphics, IT, PE, RE, Geography, French, and German.
