Özlem is currently the Marketing Director at Native Business Solutions, a position held since 2021. Previously, they served as Managing Director at Adba International from 2014 to 2016 and held the role of Director of Public Relations at Istanbul Commerce University from 2012 to 2013. Their earlier experience includes a tenure as Marketing Manager at Ülker Golf from 2007 to 2009 and as Brand Manager at Ülker from 1998 to 2007. Özlem earned a degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University, completing their studies in 1997.
