Lyndi Herrera is an HR leader with over six years of progressive experience in talent management, culture building, and operational excellence, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Native Roots Cannabis Co. They began their career as a Receptionist at Metro Brokers Corporate and have since held various roles in administrative and HR functions, including Manager of Employee Experience and Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Native Roots.
