Gabe Lam

Gabe Lam is a skilled Footwear Designer and Developer with extensive experience in various categories, including lifestyle, EVA injection, boots, football, and hiking. Since November 2014, Gabe has been with Native Shoes, where responsibilities include executing the Creative Director's vision, researching new materials, and managing product development cycles to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Prior to this role, Gabe worked at Power Athletics Ltd from June 2010 to November 2014, where notable accomplishments included designing the company's first premium football boot, which received the Best Product award at the 2014 Bata Awards. Gabe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design from Carleton University, earned between 2006 and 2012.
