Megan Ritchie

Megan Ritchie is a seasoned people and culture leader with over a decade of experience in building high-performing, values-driven organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager and HR/Recruitment Consultant, Megan has successfully implemented data-driven recruiting practices and led DEI initiatives at A Thinking Ape, significantly increasing the representation of women in management roles. Past roles include HR Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialist at various organizations, where Megan enhanced recruitment processes and employee engagement strategies. Megan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from The University of British Columbia and participated in an exchange program at Copenhagen Business School.
