Reuben Mistry

Reuben prides himself in seeking and preparing the leaders of tomorrow. Additionally, he focuses on building Native into an admirable institution by challenging the very status quo of the Industry.

As Native’s Chief Executive Officer, he leads the firms 14 sectors, 30+ business leaders with 70+ consultants across our three offices and drives Native’s growth and strategic initiatives. Having worked at some of the world’s best financial institutions such as Arthur Andersen and JP Morgan, Reuben has accumulated 16 years of extensive experience in leadership search. He has served as an advisor to some of India’s most significant clients in financial services. His hands-on experience provides him with a unique business perspective as well as a reputation for delivering results to clients and shareholders.

Reuben is a native to the world of music and is passionate about driving meaningful and sustainable change in his world. He enjoys playback singing and recording different beats and tunes as an avid DJ. He also dedicates his time as a Board Member for the not-for-profit organization – The Institute for Exceptional Children (IEC). The organization promotes mental health in lower income groups. He’s also worked with Impact India Foundation – a UNDP India Initiative to bring healthcare to India’s most backward areas.
