Sonali brings 12+ years of extensive experience to Native. She started her career as an HR Generalist with TCS and then forayed into executive search with Indusion Consulting, followed by Native. Her recruitment strategy is based on the understanding that shareholder value creation is directly correlated to the performance of leaders managing your business daily.

Sonali is currently a Partner at Native with a focus on Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Alternate Investment Funds. Spearheading these domains for 9+ years, she is the go-to person for all our clients’ leadership needs in the capital markets domain. She also considers herself a native of music and dancing.
