NativeFoundation builds the foundations that make AI actually work.

Most organisations are bolting AI onto stacks that weren't built for it — fragmented data, brittle processes, vendor lock-in, and teams under-equipped for what's coming. The result is pilots that don't ship and tools that don't compound.

We do the underneath work first. We partner with leadership teams to rebuild the systems, data, and operating models that let AI be embedded safely, productively, and at scale — then we deliver the products and platforms on top.

Three core areas of client work:

1) AI-Driven Business Transformation — Redesigning platforms, processes, and data architectures so automation and intelligence can be embedded without creating new lock-in.

2) AI-Powered Product & Platform Build — Rapid delivery of production-grade AI products, internal tools, and customer-facing systems built to evolve.

3) Intelligent Systems & Data Foundations — Automation, orchestration, and decision layers that move organisations from manual operations to continuously improving, AI-assisted execution.

We are deliberately vendor-agnostic, open-source-first, and self-hostable by default. No buzzword decks. No science projects. Systems that work under real constraints, owned by the organisations that run them.

Alongside services, we build a portfolio of AI-native products under the Aether family:

- AetherGraph — graph-based intelligence for matching people, roles, and opportunities
- AetherWatch — lead generation through intelligent monitoring of online channels and behavioural signals
- AetherIntel — deep data enrichment and intelligence systems
- AetherSim — large-scale simulated users and populations for testing, training, and forecasting
- AetherVerse — our long-horizon digital twin platform

Foresight for inevitable futures.
