Tammy Vargas

Tammy Vargas is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in banking and digital media. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at NativePath since October 2018, Tammy previously held the same title at Lexicon Digital Media Group for a brief period in October 2018. Prior to these roles, Tammy dedicated over three decades to Wells Fargo Bank, where responsibilities included managing and leading multiple retail banking locations with a team of over 200 members, as well as developing and implementing strategic initiatives focused on sales and profitability.
