Saba Sharia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They began their career in 2013 as an Outgoing Exchange Program Manager at AIESEC Bulgaria, where they organized conferences, matched students with internships, and promoted the organization. In 2015, Saba worked as a Social Enterprise Manager at Europe Foundation, consulting and advising funded social enterprises for sustainable business development. Moving on, they worked as a Startup Pitch Mentor at Startup Marani in 2017, facilitating connections between entrepreneurs and investors. They also served as a Junior Associate at Root Deeper Marketing, conducting market research and providing cost and revenue estimates to clients. In 2016, Saba joined Startup Grind Tbilisi as Deputy Director, organizing monthly events for the startup community.
