Michael Lanza

Michael Lanza, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Michael began their career as an Intern at Fox Sports Ohio in 2006. In 2007, they joined National Interstate Insurance Company as a Customer Service Representative, where they worked until 2010. During their tenure at National Interstate Insurance Company, they took on various roles, including Product Analyst / Business Analyst from 2010 to 2018, and Associate Project Manager from 2018 to 2021. Presently, Michael holds the position of Project Manager at National Interstate Insurance Company, which they have been serving since March 2021. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated their expertise in project management, customer service, business analysis, and data analysis.

Michael Lanza, PMP, completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General at The University of Akron from 2002 to 2006. Michael obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2023, and the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance® in December 2017.
