Barbara Sisson

Barbara Sisson has extensive experience in high-level governmental and military roles, currently serving as a Management Advisor to the US Ambassador at NATO since August 2015, providing comprehensive support in various operational domains. Prior to this position, Barbara was the Assistant Chief of the Army Reserve, equivalent to a 3-star general, and held several significant leadership roles within the US Air Force, US Central Command, and NAVFAC, where Barbara's expertise in logistics, resource management, and engineering was instrumental. Barbara also held director positions focused on science and technology in the Federal Transit Administration and the Department of Energy, contributing to advancements in mass transit accessibility and energy efficiency. Educationally, Barbara holds a Master of Science in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
