NATO
Ben Hiller serves as a Cyber and Hybrid Policy expert at NATO since January 2019, focusing on the development and implementation of the Alliance's Cyber Defense Policy and Action Plan to enhance deterrence and defense strategies. Prior to NATO, Hiller worked at OSCE from August 2008 to December 2018, managing the organization's cyber/ICT security program and providing policy advice on international cyber stability, as well as leading initiatives in counter-terrorism and technology usage against terrorism. Hiller holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from City St George’s, University of London, and a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution from Lancaster University.
