Bernie King is a seasoned military leader with over 20 years of experience in program management, operations, and culture transformation. Currently serving as the Commander of the Air Force Element and US Senior National Representative at NATO, they lead a joint team and provide strategic oversight for a multinational effort involving 175 professionals from 18 NATO nations. Previously, Bernie held key leadership roles in the United States Air Force, advising commanders and managing teams in high-stakes environments, including the role of Director of Staff for the 343d Reconnaissance Squadron. Bernie earned a Master of Arts in Defense & Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and an MBA from Trident University International, alongside a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas.
