Catalin Melinte

Catalin Melinte is an accomplished policy officer and electronic warfare specialist at NATO since July 2019. Prior to this role, Catalin served as an electronic warfare officer and team leader in communication and information at Ministerul Apararii Nationale from August 2011 to August 2019. Academic qualifications include an associate's degree in Business Analysis from Școala informală de IT, obtained in 2018, and a master's degree in International Relations and Security Systems from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, completed in 2012. Additionally, education was pursued at the Land Forces Academy in Sibiu.
