David Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing and evaluation. They began their career as an Evaluator at the US Government Accountability Office from 1990 to 1996, before moving to NATO, where they served as an Auditor from 1996 to 2009 and were later promoted to Principal Auditor. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and French and a Master's Degree in National Security Studies, both from California State University-San Bernardino.
