David Howe

David Howe is a military logistician with over 20 years of experience supporting Department of Defense and Department of State operations across multiple regions, including South Korea, Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia. Presently, they serve as the Director, J4 Logistics Plans for the NATO Rapid Deployable Corps, having previously held key logistics roles within the U.S. Army, including positions at U.S. Army Europe and Africa and the 143d Sustainment Command. David has also accumulated experience in consumer packaged goods marketing and database analysis, enhancing their skills in strategic planning and logistical coordination. They hold several professional certifications, including PMP, CLTD, and LSSGB.
