Ensar S.

Ensar S. serves as a Technical Training Officer at the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) and an Advisor in Cybersecurity for NATO, both positions held since early 2024. Currently, Ensar S. is also the VP of Research and Chief Information Security Officer at SOCRadar® Cyber Intelligence Inc., and has been an expert evaluator for the European Commission since 2018. Additionally, involvement as a National Expert for TÜBİTAK Teknoloji ve Yenilik Destek Programları Başkanlığı has been ongoing since 2016. Previous roles include CISO and Head of Red Team at BGA Bilgi Güvenliği, and Blue Team Lead at DefenseIn Cyber Security. Ensar S. has extensive experience as a Senior Researcher in Cyber Security at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, and as a Security Researcher at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Information Technology from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
